The 2022 Legislative Principles & Priorities was developed in partnership with AC-REP’s Business Advocacy and Public Policy Committee (BAPP). The BAPP Committee is an active voice for business and impacts legislation on critical issues such as transportation/mobility, education and workforce development, healthcare, housing, and energy. The BAPP Committee consists of AC-REP members representing diverse industries and municipalities in the Greater Adams County region. The group meets bi-weekly during the legislative session to evaluate bills related to AC-REP’s 2022 Legislative Priorities. Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs represents AC-REP at the state capitol.
