Access to Capital No. 1 Concern for Adams County Business in COVID-19 Crisis

April 13, 2020 – As the situation sparked by COVID-19 is serious and quickly evolving, making timely dissemination of actionable intelligence is essential. We at ACREP, along with all of our public and private sector partners, are working hard to safeguard the health and wellness of our community and our local economy as a whole.

We continue to gather the latest, most relevant information and resources available for our businesses and workforce on a regular basis. One of those efforts included launching the Adams County COVID-19 Economic Impact Survey on March 26 (and closing on April 3) to help us understand our businesses’ most pressing needs.

We want to identify the extent of the economic impacts, suggest ways to speed recovery at the local level, and support requests for local, state, and federal emergency funding. Click here to view a PDF of the survey results.

In response to the survey results, Adams County Economic Development has launched its “Survive & Thrive Biz Webinar Series” with weekly online Zoom meetings on the CARES Act, Access to Capital, and Positioning Your Business for the Recover.
