Charging Forward

United Power was formed in 1938 by local leaders in Adams and Weld Counties to provide electricity to parts of rural farmland northeast of Denver. Today, the cooperative provides safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to more than 93,000 meters in one of the country’s largest growth corridors.

For more than 80 years, United Power has been committed to delivering the quality service its members have come to expect. As a cooperative, however, we are more than just your local energy provider. We are a partner in your community. From investing in our local leaders of all ages to having a seat at the table of various community organizations and committees, United Power is actively engaging with the things our members value.
