In 1936, Ed Fiore, determined and gritty, launched Eddie Fiore Trucking. His vision and doggedness created a legacy known today as Fiore & Sons Inc. In 1972, son Larry, Diane Fiore, and sons, Mike, Tony, Butch and David took the business to new heights and in 2019, celebrated 60 years.
With more than 325 employees, one of the largest equipment fleets in Colorado, and the recipient of many awards for safety and service, Fiore & Sons, Inc. is today a pioneer heavy civil contractor in Colorado, providing a wide range of civil contracting and management services. Butch Fiore's Personal Story
Being born into a family that has a strong work ethic creates some big shoes to fill. I am the 3rd of 4 sons, born in 1967. The company was already 8 years young when I was born and my Grandparents were running the business out of their house. We lived in Northglenn at the time and we would visit several times a week. Time at Grandma and Grandpa’s house was always an adventure. As toddlers we would ride on the equipment with Dad or Grandpa while they explained what they were doing.
