Nexus North at DIA

Nexus North is located on the burgeoning northeast sector of Metro Denver with uniquely close proximity to Denver International Airport. Flexible zoning allows for a wide variety of uses including warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, flex, office and retail.

The park is less than a two-minute drive from Peña Boulevard and E-470. With the expansion improvements to Tower Road completed and the opening of the southbound on ramp at  Peña Boulevard, the access to Nexus North is further enhanced. Additionally, the location relative to a significant share of Denver’s population across a broad range of demographic groups ensures users will have a deep supply of quality, sustainable labor.
