April 23, 2020 – Results from the Adams County COVID-19 Economic Impact Survey show that the sudden and extensive impacts of the pandemic have strained the ability of small businesses to make payroll, maintain inventory, and cover critical operational costs such as rent.
In fact, when area small businesses were asked what type of assistance was most critical, access to capital was the #1 issue raised by 55% of respondents.
